We were founded in Medford, Oregon in 2017. Recently, the Almeda Fire has devastated Southern Oregon. We have decided as an organization, to donate all remains of products from Volume I to Kids Unlimited of Medford, Oregon. Thank you for your continued support of Volume I of The Isle Collection. When will my order arrive?
All orders are processed the next business day of the transaction. Expect orders to arrive before 10 business days.
When will I receive tracking information?
Once your order is packaged and the shipping label is created, you will receive an email with your tracking number and receive updates on your order.
What shipping method do you use?
Orders under 13 ounces will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail® Parcel service (2-5 days).
Orders over 13 ounces will be shipped via USPS Parcel Select® Ground Service (2-9 days).
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship in the continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).

We print on Bella+Canvas. Please refer to their sizing chart by clicking the link here:

Will there be a restock?
Each volume is exclusive and limited quantities are available. Once the volume sells out, it is final and won’t be restocked.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Our products go through intensive quality control to make sure all of our customers are satisfied with their purchase.
